Our program fees are based on a monthly schedule (4-week month), payable in advance.  (Those months with five (5) weeks will have the 5th week provided at the approximate 1/2 rate, or $18.)  Private, individual music lessons will typically be 30 minutes in length.  All private lessons will be charged at a flat rate per month.  A "membership card" benefit feature will also be provided to all private lesson students.  Said membership card will offer various perks, most notably a discount on the retail price of all instruments and accessories offered within the conservatory. 

Family Discounts - Second, third, fourth, etc. students from the same family will receive a 10% per month discount off the base rate.

Lessons will be available in half hour, and one hour time slots and will be scheduled weekly at established times during the day or evening, Monday through Saturday.

CRCM conducts business on a credit card authorization form, which is mandatory.  Payments are automatically charged to the credit card on file at the last lesson of the current month, to secure the time slot for the upcoming month.  Receipts for the charges will be provided.  We will accept cash, checks, credit and Debit/ATM cards (Visa / MC) in lieu of the automatic charge should the student make arrangements to pay before the last lesson of the month.

Why Don't Your Private Lessons Cost Less?

When you buy a suit, you don't just pay the flat cost of the materials it cost to make the suit. You also pay for the time it took to make the suit, the person who designed the suit, the cost for marketing and shipping and getting it into the stores, the equipment used in making the suit, etc. You also pay for the name brand that is associated with the suit. Similarly, the fees that you pay to attend private lessons at Cinco Ranch Conservatory of Music (CRCM) cover a multitude of items.  For instance:

    1. Maintaining a comfortable environment does not come inexpensively, nor does the effort expended as we strive to become the premier music education facility in the Katy, TX and west Houston area!   Being a part of CRCM ensures that you are getting very high quality music instruction by a company committed to becoming a leader in the field, along with the utmost in customer service!  It is the "Designer" label as opposed to an "in-store" label.

    4. "You get what you pay for!" - and more! Consider the following...  The instructors at CRCM bring true "world-class" performance and teaching abilities to the facility!  Many of the instructors at CRCM hold advanced degrees!  This level of instruction does not come inexpensively!  Many of our instructors, during periods of private practice, charged in excess of $50 per lesson, some over $100 per lesson!  As we are able to offer them the potential of a larger teaching base, they have graciously agreed to a lesser pay scale, the savings of which are then passed down to you, the customer!  Together, these experts bring their incredible knowledge and vast experience into your lives.  To our knowledge, no other local program, outside of a university, can boast of such a wonderful teaching staff.  This alone is PRICELESS!!

We have a late payment fee policy of $25. 

Payment for the new month will be due at the last lesson of the current month.  If you forget to bring/send payment to the last lesson of the month for the following month, please mail payment to us so that we receive your payment before the end of the month.  If we receive payment on or after the 1st of the new month, you will be assessed a late fee for that month.  Students will not be allowed to take lessons until payment has been received. 

Due to the anticipated and expected fullness of our instructors' schedules, a total of two (2) make ups will be allowed during the school calendar year (9/01 - 8/31) and will only be given when CRCM is advised of the lesson to be missed at least 24 hours in advance of the actual lesson!
