Ms. Yamile

Ms. Yamile was born in Cuba and began her musical studies at the age of 7. She studied for 7 years in The Vocacional Schools of Art of Camaguey in Cuba. She specializes in violin, piano and music theory. After 4 more years of studies She graduated from the Conservatory of Music Jose White in Cuba. One year later She started the study of Musicology in The University of Arts of Cuba. Yamile eventually became a professor in the subjects of Music History, harmony and Music theory in The Josep White Music Conservatory and became Dean of the music department at the Nola Saigh Sainz School of Art in Cuba. In 2002 She moved to Venezuela were became the violin and piano instructor of a private academy for 12 years. In 2014 She moved to Houston and since then she has been teaching piano and violin tochildren, teenagers and adults in the private sector. For her, teaching music is a way of leaving a mark on the lives of her students and she feels great satisfaction in seeing how they enjoy learning and progressing. Ms. Yamile is fluent in English, Spanish and Italian.

Mr. Tony

A Native Houstonian, Mr. Tony started his violin journey at the age of 6. From the age of 9, Mr. Tony has performed violin competitively in solo and ensemble settings across Houston. Mr. Tony has received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Houston with a degree in Music Business with a Songwriting and Composition focus.  With his teaching method, Mr. Tony puts emphasis on both technique and creative expression in music.  Through his engaging style, students will quickly progress while having fun!  Sign up with Mr. Tony today!
